For the Biscuit Dough
- In a mixing bowl, combine the powdered sugar, softened butter, flour, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
- Let the dough chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat your oven to 340°F (170°C).
- Roll out the dough and use a cookie cutter to create your desired shapes—pumpkin shapes are perfect for fall!
- Bake on your Silpat Pumpkin Mat for 14 minutes, or until the biscuits are lightly golden. Make sure you Pumpkin Mat is placed on our perforated Cook N Cool Baking Tray!
For the Chocolate Filling
- While the biscuits are baking, melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler.
- Slowly add the milk in three stages, stirring continuously to create a smooth ganache.
- Let the ganache cool to room temperature.
- Once the biscuits have cooled, fill them with the chocolate ganache.
- Place the filled biscuits in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
