
Raspberry Banana Vegan Ice Cream Pops
Ingredients
Preparation
Prepare the Bananas

Cut your bananas into 2-inch thick slices and place them on your perforated tray.

Move the bananas to your freezer until frozen, at least 3 hours.
Blend the Ingredients

In a standing mixer, add the frozen bananas, raspberries, red currants, and almond milk.

Mix on high until combined and the mixture is creamy and thickened.
Strain the Mixture

Strain the mixture through a fine sieve to filter out any seeds.
Fill the Mold

Place the Silpat® Mini-Brioche Mold on your perforated tray and fill the wells with your creamy mixture.
Freeze

Move the tray to your freezer and chill for at least 3 hours until set.
