Red White & Blue Berry Frozen Yogurt Bark
Ingredients
Preparation
-
Prepare Your Baking Tray: Place your Silpat Non-Stick Baking Mat on a baking tray. This will ensure that your yogurt bark doesn’t stick and makes for easy clean-up.
-
Mix the Yogurt Base: In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well-blended.
-
Spread the Mixture: Evenly spread the yogurt mixture onto your Silpat mat, aiming for about 1/4-inch thickness.
-
Add Toppings: Sprinkle your choice of mixed berries and sliced almonds evenly over the yogurt. Press them down gently to ensure they adhere to the yogurt.
-
Freeze: Place your Silpat mat with the yogurt mixture in the freezer. Allow it to freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the yogurt bark is completely set.
-
Break into Pieces: Once the yogurt bark is frozen solid, remove the tray from the freezer. Lift the bark from the Silpat mat and break it into pieces using your hands.
