Giant Mustard, Cheddar, Pastrami

Preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F).

Mince the onions and sauté in a frying pan with the butter and sugar for 30 minutes, until caramelized.

Beat the eggs and milk in a mixing bowl, then season with salt and pepper.

Place the chocolate bar mold on a perforated baking tray.

Sprinkle a little bit of cheddar cheese on the bottom of the mold and cover with 4 slices of sandwich bread.

Spread a tablespoon of mustard on each slice of sandwich bread.

Put the pastrami on the bread, followed by a layer of caramelized onions, and then a layer of grated cheddar.

Cover with the remaining slices of sandwich bread, then pour the egg/cream mixture on top.

Bake for 30 minutes, until the top is golden and the egg/milk mixture has set.

Let cool slightly before unmolding onto a serving dish.
