  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F and prepare your ingredients.
  2. Mix together the flour, salt, baking powder, and ground rosemary to create the biscuit dough.
  3. Roll out the dough and cut out heart-shaped rounds using the Silpat 20 Heart Mold.
  4. Bake the biscuits for 20 minutes until golden brown, then set aside to cool.
  5. Prepare the salmon mousse by blending smoked salmon, cream cheese, and whipped cream until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, Cayenne pepper, and dill to taste.
  6. Fill the heart-shaped molds with the salmon mousse and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
  7. Unmold the salmon hearts and place them on the rosemary biscuits for a stunning presentation.
