Preheat the oven to 428°F. Place your Silpat pizza mat on a perforated baking tray to ensure maximum airflow and heat distribution

Roll out the pizza dough to fit your Silpat pizza mat size—either 12" or 16". Place the dough directly on the mat.

Brush the dough with a light coating of olive oil to enhance crispness.

Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving about ½ inch around the edges for the crust.

Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce. Add the pepperoni slices, distributing them evenly across the pizza.

Season the pizza with dried oregano and garlic powder for extra flavor.

Bake the pizza in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.

Remove the pizza from the oven. Carefully slide it off the Silpat mat onto a cutting board. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
