Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F).
  2. Cut each puff pastry into 3 strips, spread mustard on them, and sprinkle grated Gruyere cheese on top.
  3. Cut the rolls into small 5 cm pieces.
  4. Arrange the sausages on top and roll them in the pastry.
  5. Place the Flexipan Christmas tree mold on a perforated baking tray and place the rolls on it.
  6. Beat the egg and milk together and brush on top. Bake for 40 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately with various dipping sauces.
