Preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F).

Cut each puff pastry into 3 strips, spread mustard on them, and sprinkle grated Gruyere cheese on top.

Cut the rolls into small 5 cm pieces.

Arrange the sausages on top and roll them in the pastry.

Place the Flexipan Christmas tree mold on a perforated baking tray and place the rolls on it.

Beat the egg and milk together and brush on top. Bake for 40 minutes.

Serve immediately with various dipping sauces.
