Egg(s) : 1
Grated Gruyere : 20 grams
Salt : 1 pinch
Pepper : 1 pinch

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C
Peel and grate the onions and potatoes
In a salad bowl, mix the potatoes and grated onion with the egg, Gruyere cheese, salt and pepper
Distribute the preparation in the Smiley mold placed on a perforated baking sheet
Bake for 30 minutes of cooking
Leave to cool slightly and unmold
