Preheat Your Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C / 356°F.

Prepare the Mixture: In a large bowl, beat the three eggs until well combined. Add in the flour and baking powder, mixing thoroughly. Gradually pour in the olive oil and milk, stirring until you have a smooth batter.

Add the Mix-ins: Cut the fresh goat cheese into small cubes. Mince the black olives and sundried tomatoes. Fold these ingredients into the batter, ensuring they are evenly distributed.

Pour into Mold: Place your Silpat® Square Tablette Mold on the Cook N Cool Baking Tray or any perforated baking sheet. Pour the batter into the mold, filling each section up to ¾ full.
