Red Velvet cake

Preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F).

Beat the eggs with the granulated sugar, then stir in the melted butter.

Add the liquid vanilla extract and milk.

Stir in the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder a little bit at a time. Finally, add the food coloring.

Place the Flexipan heart mold on a perforated baking tray, pour the batter in, and bake for 30 minutes.

Let the cake cool fully before unmolding onto a cake platter.

Combine the cream cheese and powdered sugar and frost the cake.

Cover it with fresh raspberries all over and dust powdered sugar on top before serving.
