Marble Cake

  1. Beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the milk and oil and combine.
  3. Sift the flour and baking powder, and incorporate them into the batter.
  4. Add the salt and mix until smooth and even.
  5. Divide the batter evenly into two containers.
  6. Add the cocoa to one of the batters and stir in.
  7. Preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F).
  8. Place the Flexipan star mold on a perforated baking tray.
  9. Scoop 4 tablespoons of the batter with cocoa into the center of the mold and spread it out using the back of a spoon.
  10. Place 1 tablespoon of the plain batter in the middle of the circle you made with the batter with cocoa.
  11. Place 1 tablespoon of the batter with cocoa in the middle of the circle you made with the plain batter.
  12. Keep doing this until you run out of batter.
  13. Bake for 35 minutes and let cool before unmolding.
  14. Dust cocoa powder on top before serving.
